Tammy is passionate in the belief that wellness starts from within.   Working with the subtle energy systems of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body, she works to empower each individual clients’ healing journey.  She focuses on actively listening to the concerns and needs of the client and works to establish treatment goals.  Relaxation, self-treatment and centering techniques complement sessions to promote optimal health. 

Tammy’s practice includes private Reiki healing sessions, Reiki healing attunements, and Biofield balancing, Guided Imagery and Meditation practices.   Private Reiki therapy training and Reiki therapy workshops are taught regularly to promote self-healing and for those looking to add Reiki as a modality to their current field or to become a Reiki practitioner. Sharing this amazing gift is Tammy’s life purpose and her heart’s path. 

Tammy’s unique Reiki healing and Biofield sessions are beneficial in reducing the symptoms of acute and chronic conditions; gently and powerfully promoting balance among all the body’s systems: circulatory, endocrine, digestive, integumentary, lymphatic, musculoskeletal, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, and urinary systems.

Tammy has helped clients find relief with specific conditions such as: Anxiety, Arthritis, Auto Accidents, Bipolar Disorder, Cancer Pain, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Joint Pains, Lupus, Migraines, Nausea, Pregnancy, Post Partum, Reflux, Reproductive Concerns, and Physical and Emotional Trauma.

Tammy Slate is a certified and registered Reiki practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher serving the greater Portland Metro area. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Reiki Association and is a Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki Training.  She enjoys working with infants, toddlers, adolescents, adults, and seniors.  Additionally, she enjoys working with pets. Prior to finding her calling, Tammy worked in the field of marketing and business management in Seattle, WA and Portland, OR for over 20 years.
